IMA Quadromat-TS Series Single Sided Edgebander
The IMA Quadromat-TS, is a single-sided edgebanding and finishing machine, which is now equipped with the ICOS TS control systems.
The IMA patented machine concept is designed for a true one man operation, thanks to the integrated reversible feed chain. The unique process is accomplished by transporting the panel forward through the machine to process it similar to a conventional edgebander, and then reversing the transport direction and returning the part back to the operator at the infeed area of the machine.This machine series creates through its industrial design and extremely small footprint. The machine is equipped with:
- Joint-milling unit.
- Gluing unit.
- Multiple milling unit (MMU)
- Flat scraper
- Profile scraper
- Buffing unit
The machine also has a high feed speed of 18 m/min, and a 12" touch screen controller graphic operator interface.
