Sales New Edgebanders

Edgebanders are broken down into for basic styles, and two production types. The first type is the medium production types. These machines have manually adjusted settings, and can also have automatic settings. Usually, these edgebanders are single sided, and available with manual or computer controllers. Machines with medium production generally have fixed track rates of 12 or 15 meters per minute, and some have low to medium feed rates from 4 to 20 meters per minute. These types of machines also range edge application from 0.5mm to 12 or 15mm thick banding.

The second type is the high production types. These machines can have both manual and automatic program adjustments. Computer controllers are included for program memory. Variable track rates are included from generally 4 to 30 meters per minute. These types of machines are available with a wide variety of edge style infeeds, and more varieties of processing units. They are able to band from 0.5mm to 20mm edge thicknesses.

The high production machines are available in both single sides and double sided. High production machines can also be equipped to follow non standard edges, or shaped edges instead of flat or linear edges.

Some production shops require round shapes to be edgebanders, thus a manual edging machine is available for this.
