Our Company
Raptor Systems was founded in North America in 2004. My wife and I created this family owned business to supply advanced technical support on European beam saws and material handling systems. This was because we found the high rates charged by other companies did not match the quality from the technical staff and services that were provided. Thus we decided to create a company with the goal of supplying customers with excellent customer service and technical support with a reasonable price.
By the start of 2005, our company expanded into installing and servicing both edgebanders and CNC machining centers. As we expanded into different machinery lines, we gained training from those manufacturers to become self sufficient for our customers convenience.
As our company grew, we continued to help design material flow processes for factories, as well as helping our customers improve their manufacturing techniques. Around the mid of 2007, we decided to take the company again another step further. Instead of just selling new and used machinery in addition to our technical and engineering support, we decided to design our own products. We had already been designing machine modifications, we then expanded into creating custom material handling systems, and safety systems.
